Companies or corporate groups established in a non-EU country that, within the framework of an employment, professional, or vocational training relationship, transfer one or more foreign nationals to Spain may apply for a residence and work authorization for intra-corporate transfer.
The requirements for this permit include:
Having been employed by the sending company for at least 3 months and/or holding a university degree.
Having more than 3 years of experience in the sector.
