Nationality by Law of Democratic Memory.

Through this legislation, valid until October 2024, the possibility of acquiring Spanish nationality is enabled for:

• Those born outside of Spain to a father or mother , grandfather or grandmother , who were originally Spanish
• Sons and daughters born abroad to Spanish women who lost their nationality for marrying foreigners before 1978 .
• The adult sons and daughters of Spaniards whose nationality of origin was recognized by virtue of Law 52/2007.
